ERFID1 is a small embedded module intended for use as a core module for various RFID devices.

The ERFID1 uses standard 125kHz magnetic field for communicating with transponders. It works with read only transponders as well as read write ones. Its firmware allows using both transponder types simultaneously. This feature allows using the module in mixed transponder environments, for instance for access control systems with different security zones, where zones with higher security use more secure read write cards.
